A correspondence MBA is ideal for those who want to grow towards greater managerial responsibility in their current fields. It is usually difficult to make a career shift through a correspondence MBA – since the you may not get the intensive placement exposure of a regular, full-time MBA
For your case, a correspondence MBA will enable you to rise to a managerial position quickly within your company. Beyond this, shifting from call center operations to a core marketing job will be quite a bit of a challenge.
